​Our Personalised Ultrasound Art is an original, hand-painted creation, carefully crafted to transform your baby’s ultrasound image into a timeless watercolour masterpiece. While we strive for the highest quality and aim to exceed your expectations, please note that the interpretation and perception of art can vary from person to person. Due to the customised nature of our artwork, returns or refunds may not be possible. We encourage our customers to review examples of our work and ensure our style aligns with your expectations before placing an order.

To create your personalised artwork, we may collect personal information including your name, your contact details such as your email address, contact phone number, shipping address, your baby's name, date of birth and other personal information, as well as your baby's original ultrasound image(s).

The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your personalised artwork. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Consent for use of images and names

​

  • Website and Social Media - With your consent, we may feature your baby’s ultrasound image or name on our website, social media channels, or promotional materials to showcase our work.

  • Non-Consent Option - If you prefer not to have your baby’s ultrasound image or name featured publicly, please inform us by indicating your non-consent at the time of placing your order or by contacting us directly at hello.kismethues@gmail.com.

Data Security

We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information and ensuring it remains secure at all times. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Shipping Policy

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials and shipped unframed to ensure safe transit. We partner with Australia Post for reliable delivery across Australia.

​

Shipping Options & Timelines

​

  • Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Available for orders over $100 Australia-wide, or $9.95 for orders under $100.​

​

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Flat rate of $14.95 with priority tracking.

​​

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping. However, we warmly welcome inquiries from global art lovers! If you’re located outside Australia and wish to purchase our artwork, please contact us at hello.kismethues@gmail.com. We’ll gladly explore shipping options to your location and provide a custom quote. Please note availability and shipping costs vary by destination, and delivery timelines may extend beyond domestic estimates. For general questions, visit our FAQs page.

 

​Please note the delivery timelines are estimated from the dispatch date and may vary based on location. Orders under $100 incur standard shipping fees in Australia.

Damaged Shipments

​

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.kismethues@gmail.com and include:

  • Photos of the damaged artwork and packaging​

​​

  • Your order number

​

We will promptly review your claim and offer a replacement or refund based on the assessment. Replacement timelines depend on artwork availability and will be communicated upon approval.

Lost in Transit

​

If tracking indicates a delay beyond the estimated window, contact us at hello.kismethues@gmail.com for assistance. We’ll collaborate with Australia Post to resolve the issue.

​

Change Policy

​

We understand that sometimes adjustments are needed, so we offer a flexible change policy to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Customers may request exchanges or modifications to their order(s) within 48 hours of purchase. Please email us at hello.kismethues@gmail.com with your Order Number and the details of your request. Please note additional costs may apply if you request to make an exchange or adjustment(s) to your order (e.g., upgrade artwork size).

  • For Personalised Ultrasound Art - You may request changes to the product type, image, artwork size, or colour within 48 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes once the artist has started creating your artwork, which would occur after the 48-hour window.

​​

  • For Personalised Nursery Posters - You can request changes or add special requirements (e.g., add additional information) by emailing us within 48 hours of placing your order. Make sure to include your Order Number and detailed instructions for the change(s) required. However, once the artwork has been sent to print, changes cannot be made.

Returns Policy

​

Due to the customised nature of our artwork, returns are not accepted. We encourage you to review examples of our work and ensure our style aligns with your expectations before placing an order.

 

For Personalised Nursery Posters, we do not accept returns as they are custom-made to your specifications. However, in some circumstances, we may offer a refund or arrange for a replacement.

 

For non-personalised nursery artwork prints, you may request a full refund or return the item only if it arrives damaged.  You may also cancel and request a full refund within 48 hours of placing the order.

 

Please note that for all returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We are committed to your satisfaction and will address any concerns promptly and professionally. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the request is made within 48 hours of the purchase date. 

​

Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds are not available for Personalised Ultrasound Artworks or Limited Edition Original Artworks after the 48-hour cancellation period has passed. For Customised Nursery Artworks, refunds are only applicable if there is an error in the displayed information (e.g., incorrect name, date of birth, etc.) caused by the artist.

If you’re dissatisfied with your artwork or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello.kismethues@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

​

Discount & Promo Code

At Kismet Hues, we are delighted to offer our valued customers a 10% discount on their first order when using the promo code KISMET10. This exclusive discount is applicable only to first-time orders and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

From time to time, we may also run special promotional campaigns or provide customised one-on-one discount offers. Please note that only one discount or promo code can be used per order, and they cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers.
